01Contact us
The fastest way to reach us is email: info@velolaikas.lt. FTP500 is operated by MB Velolaikas, a company registered in Lithuania.
When you report a problem, tell us the sign-in method on your account, the page you were on, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help.
02Managing your Strava connection
You can disconnect Strava at any time from Settings. Disconnecting revokes FTP500's access and immediately deletes the stored connection and every ride imported from Strava.
You can also revoke FTP500's access directly on Strava, under Settings then My Apps. That has the same effect: the revocation is detected the next time FTP500 contacts Strava, and your imported rides are deleted.
FTP500 reads only your own activities and shows them only to you. We never import GPS traces or maps.
03Your data
You can export your account profile, training profile, plans, session logs, billing record, load history and every stored ride as one JSON file from the imported rides section of your dashboard.
You can delete individual uploaded rides at any time, and you can delete your whole account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your plans, rides and training profile.
Under the GDPR you can also request access, correction, restriction or erasure of your personal data by emailing info@velolaikas.lt. Our Privacy Policy lists your rights in full.
04Plans, payments and refunds
Plans are one-time purchases and never renew automatically. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
For billing questions, refunds or a receipt, email info@velolaikas.lt with the date of purchase. Refund conditions are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
05Training safety
FTP500 provides structured training guidance, not medical advice. Stop training and consult a qualified clinician if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms.
